Delivering exceptional results that exceed your expectations.
What I do
Promoting and supporting meaningful events takes careful communication, thoughtful presentation, and a keen sense of timing.
Not everyone can do it, but I’ve had some practise!
I specialise in providing marketing, promotional, and celebrant services that complement your event — whether you're hosting a wedding, memorial, festival, community celebration, or corporate gathering.
From crafting engaging messaging to delivering heartfelt ceremonies, I bring professionalism, creativity, and local insight to help make your event memorable. My role is to enhance what you've planned — not take over — ensuring your efforts reach the right people and leave a lasting impression.
With my support, you can focus on the event itself, knowing the words, promotions, and presentation are in good hands.

Moments I’ve Helped Shape:
Wheels at Wanaka
-
Every second Easter, thousands of tractors, cars, trucks, and massive earthmovers roll into Wanaka - along with the passionate fans who love them. It’s my job to help make that happen!
Since the inaugural Wheels at Wanaka event in 2019, I’ve proudly led the charge as Promotions and Media Manager, driving nationwide awareness through strategic marketing, media engagement, and targeted campaigns. Alongside promotions, I also manage event coordination, overseeing the logistics, planning, and behind-the-scenes operations that power this large-scale vintage machinery and vehicle festival.
Wheels at Wanaka is a high-octane celebration of all things on wheels—steam engines, farming heritage, classic cars, bikes, trucks, earthmovers, and more. Spanning over 50 acres, it features crowd favourites like tractor pulling, Enduro-X competitions, live parades, and a non-stop schedule of action that keeps the energy buzzing all weekend long.

Every year in April:
Tussock Country Music Festival
-
Each May, I head to Gore for a full month of hands-on festival coordination for the Tussock Country Music Festival that runs for 10 days over the end of May into June.
Since 2021, I’ve been heavily involved in managing festival promotions, overseeing media campaigns, writing grant applications, and recruiting and coordinating a team of dedicated volunteers.
With over 70 events packed into ten days, it’s a high-energy, multi-layered operation and, when the work’s done, you’ll still find me toe-tapping my way through as many performances as I can squeeze in.

Every year in May:
Tussock Country Ute Muster
-
An event within an event! The Tussock Country Ute Muster happens on the 3rd day of the Country Music Festival and is a chance to show off the ute, the dog, and the mullet.
In amongst my event management role for the Tussock Country Music Festival I also organise this off-shoot event. It gives those attending a chance to show off their utes and involves 12 categories of prizes, plus a street convoy.

On the 3rd day of the Tussock Country Music Festival:
UIM World Jetsprint Championship
-
Working with the Southern Jetsprint Club, I've been fortunate enough to be at the helm of corporate sponsorship and promotions for the UIM World Jetsprint Championship,

Every year in January:
NZ Elite Motorsport Academy
-
The Elite MotorSport Academy is New Zealand’s top-tier development program for up-and-coming motorsport stars—and I’m lucky enough to be part of it!
Each year, a talented group of young competitors from across the motorsport world kicks off their 12-month journey with an intensive week-long camp in Dunedin.
I get to jump in and share some of the hard-earned lessons I’ve learned about sponsorship and storytelling with these seriously inspiring athletes.
It’s fast-paced, full-on, and always one of the highlights of my year!
-
Celebrant South
-
Choosing a celebrant is a big deal—but it doesn’t have to be stressful! I'm in my early forties, a little younger than your average celebrant, which means I bring fresh energy, a modern vibe, and over 100 unforgettable ceremonies' worth of experience.
I'm approachable, organised, and not shy about taking the reins when needed. Whether it’s a wedding, funeral, or memorial, I work closely with you to create a ceremony that’s heartfelt, meaningful, and totally you.
